Anode stacking crane has many functions, which also determines that it has a very wide range of uses, mainly in eight aspects:
① Use the anode clamp to clamp the raw carbon block on the chain conveyor, and then send it to the pit of the roasting furnace for furnace loading.
② Use the suction pipe to suck the filling material from the roasting furnace pit, and then carry out dust classification.
③ Use the supplementary suction pipe to clean the flue and remove the dust regularly.
④ Use the electric hoist to maintain the roasting furnace.
⑤ Use the discharge pipe to add the filling material in the material box to the pit of the roasting furnace.
⑥ The cooked blocks in the roasting furnace pit are clamped by the anode clamp, and then transported to the chain conveyor for discharging.
⑦ Use the hoist to carry the burner device.
⑧ Fill the box with new filler, etc.
