Our Travelling Wheel Blocks are a product of our research and development efforts. They offer convenience during the process of assembly and disassembly. Our quieter and more sensitive bearing system increases the lifespan of the roller, wheel, and gear box. Additionally, the adjustable wheel center provides +/- 15 mm of movement in areas where there are rail defects.

Various Types of Connection

Load-bearing block enclosed on 5 sides with connecting surfaces featuring multiple bore holes.

There are five variable connections for choice.

Connection 1 - Affixed: an intermediate fixing device on front of wheel block is welded to the end carriage. This connection is easily dismountable for access for maintenance.

Connection 2 – Screw-on: an intermediate fixing device on front of wheel block is screwed on the end carriage. This connection is easily dismountable for access for maintenance.

Connection 3 - Welded: the front of the wheel block is welded directly on the end carriage.

Connection 4 - Head: the top side of the wheel block is bolted to the end carriage.

Connection 5 - Inserted: the drive unit is inserted into a hollow section and fixed by bolts.
