But easy to use, dexterous in use, and can complete super lift counterweight stepless luffing; the horizontal hydraulic cylinder type has simpler facilities and lower cost than the two, but the use is similar to the non-cylinder type, only after the super lift counterweight is behind the ground It can be infinitely variable; the straight hydraulic cylinder type exceeds the corresponding level of the facility + the straight hydraulic cylinder type is simple in structure, low in cost, similar in assembly time, and more convenient to use.
   After analyzing the operation process of overlifting operations, the following points are required to be guaranteed in the planning process of overlifting facilities for cantilever cranes:
  (1) The shaft of the cantilever crane works better, and the minimum single rope steady speed does not exceed 2m/min;
     (2) The main luffing force must have large and small interference, and a force sensor can be installed on the luffing rope or the main luffing pull plate;
  (3) The super lift facility with straight cylinders requires that the pressure sensor be modified to check whether the forces on both sides of the pull plate are balanced, and the force conditions of the two are displayed on the display screen. The customer can choose to control the two cylinders synchronously or adjust independently;
     (4) Overlifting mast requires facility viewpoint sensor, and its value is used to measure the fluctuation of overlifting mast;
  (5) If the horizontal cylinder type is capable of stepless luffing, the equipment is required to have a length sensor, otherwise, positioning pins can be used to ensure the fluctuation of the overlifting counterweight in the judgment of the fluctuation.
