1. Remove the connection bolts of the wheel block end
2. Make new wheel block to the track of the crane
3. Pushing the wheel block close to the installation position
4. Fastening the bolts to make sure the safty
5. Adjusting gear coupling and gear motor
To make sure the safty of gantry crane's driving, it must be strictly as the standard requirements to instal.
The precision requirements of gantry crane
1. The deviation is not more than 0.1%
2. Make sure all the wheels in one line, the deviation +/-1mm
