Normally, the floor mount cantilever jib crane is shipped in three sections: head assemble, mast assembly and boom assembly. And a box with the top bearing and mounting hardware is included.
Correctly plump the mast:
• Attach the mast on the top of the supporting structure vertically. And tighten hardware until the mast is plump.
Boom installation:
• Position the boom above the head’s horizontal line, not exactly at the hozizontal line.
• Place the trolley on the boom flange and then attach the hoist to it.
• Attach the retarder, and using a tagline kit to prevent the power cord from tangling and dropping, and remember attaching the remaining tagline kit components.
Don’t forget to confirm all lifting devices: chains, ropes, slings are free from twists, kinks, or any damages.
